Hey Friend, I had quite the crazy past few weeks, to say the least! I had to suddenly flee my home due to wildfire, and it was definitely a crazy 10 days. Thankfully, my house was perfectly fine, and I am super thankful for family and friends who offered places to stay and incredibly thankful to the firefighters who saved the bulk of my town up here in my little corner of British Columbia, Canada. Not everyone was so lucky. So one thing that crossed my mind in the relatively short time I had to leave my home was getting everything into a suitcase or bag. I did all right, but I could've done better.
